Current Open Positions

  • Associate Staffing Specialist
    The Associate Staffing Specialist evaluates and determines candidate qualifications while enticing qualified candidates to consider positions with our clients. Position will developed a candidate pipeline using our existing database of candidates and other various professional/social networking tools.
  • Associate Account Specialist
    The Associate Account Specialist will be responsible for developing new business, creating new client relationships, working on new/existing client development, screening candidates for existing job open positions and continuing the recruitment process while developing client relationships.

Training and Development

Ongoing training and development is one of Search Leaders’ core values. All new hires receive on the job training which is designed to train new hires on how to be successful serving our clients and candidates.

  • Search Leaders engages the best available training resources. Experienced Search Leaders staff members conduct training in areas where they are subject matter experts and staff members attend seminars held by outside organizations whenever possible.
